Bilingual Support Workers - URGENT - Multiple Roles Available
Our client base is expanding, and we're looking for dedicated, bilingual Support Workers to join our team and assist our diverse and multicultural clientele. These are ongoing opportunities offering meaningful, community-based work across Western Sydney.

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and assistance to clients from a range of cultural backgrounds, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

- Fluent in English and at least one other language (Arabic-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Passionate about supporting people from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in support work or community services.
- Proficient in writing progress reports and shift notes.
- Work with a friendly, inclusive, and supportive team.
- Flexible shifts and ongoing work opportunities.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS WC)
- Police Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Valid NSW Driver's Licence
- Own reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Orientation Modules completed
- Infection Control Certificate
- Full working rights in Australia
