Bilingual Sales Outreach Specialist (French and English)

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to generate qualified leads Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring alignment with our target audience and sales objectives. Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and follow-up on opportunities. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities. Contribute to the development and improvement of sales outreach strategies and tactics. Provide regular reports on sales performance and key metrics to the sales leadership team. Qualifications: Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of the sales process and lead generation techniques. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
