Bilingual Sales Advisor - NL (M/V/X)

Job Vacancy Description We are looking for a permanent Sales Advisor - bilingual (M/V/X) to strengthen our BtoC sales team on a fixed basis. Your tasks will be as follows: Contact private customers who have made an online estimate on our website Listen and identify the customer's sales plans Negotiate with and convince the customer to sign a contract with one of our real estate agencies Ensure a good relationship between the real estate agency and the customer Provide support to the real estate agency in the event that the customer does not sign a contract Offer alternative solutions to the customer if they do not sign a contract Monitor and analyze the sales process and provide feedback to improve it Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the real estate industry Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge
