Role Overview We are seeking a Jr - Mid Level Recruiter to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. This is a remote-only position, and you will be working with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels (social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.) • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify top candidates • Coordinating logistics for interviews and assessments • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress • Collaborating with the HR & Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement recruitment strategies • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite • Experience with recruitment software and tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, etc.) is a plus.
