Objective of the main job:
Receiving guests/customers, providing diverse information and fulfilling check-in and check-out procedures, meeting excellence standards in service and brand.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Receive guests/customers at the counter or by phone, identifying them and providing various information and explanations (reservations, flight confirmation, addresses/phone numbers of locations, complaints etc).
- Fulfill check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
