Bilingual Project Manager (French/English) – Service Implementation
We have an open position for a bilingual project manager involving the simultaneous management of numerous projects, with needs for report tracking and coordination of 11 integrators. The candidate must be certified PMI with 3 to 5 years of experience.
What's in it for you:
• Hourly salary of $44.18/h• Incorporated salary of $48.77• 12-month contract.• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week (8 am to 5 pm)• Work-from-home position.
Responsibilities:
• Support the account team in implementing and managing projects related to the company's solutions• Coordinate internal functions at project launch with commercial operations, service delivery, and external partners.• Be able to break down multi-phase and multi-geography projects into manageable elements and organize work efficiently and effectively• Be responsible for ensuring project plan compliance, developing contingency plans, personnel needs plans, and signaling resource constraints.• Be responsible for managing activities with the client organization, including ensuring effective and punctual communication with them during implementation stages.

• Ability to establish direction, rally people around a common goal, motivate, and inspire• Client relationship management – ability to communicate and manage expectations, develop and maintain high-level relationships with clients• Conflict resolution – ability to identify solutions and create win-win situations during conflict resolution• Communication – ability to communicate clearly, excellent oral, written, and presentation skills• Project planning – ability to decompose project scope into manageable elements and organize work using available resources effectively for the team• Project control – ability to track project progress, identify and anticipate risks, and take appropriate measures to mitigate them• Problem-solving – ability to analyze and identify root causes of problems, then design and implement appropriate solutions• Time management and organization – ability to manage multiple mandates with a high volume of work and supervise, advise, and deliver projects with multidisciplinary teams• Polyvalence and professional maturity – ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of maturity and business acumen• Prior experience in deploying technologies (deployment of solutions in telecommunications, IT, or office equipment) would be an asset.
