Tech Mahindra , a global leader in digital transformation, technology, and consulting services, is seeking a Bilingual High-Volume Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is essential to supporting our growth by ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for high‑volume, operational, and administrative roles within the technology and service sectors. Source, screen, and interview candidates in a timely manner, utilizing various tools and platforms. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with top talent pools and networks to attract diverse candidate pipelines. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to streamline the hiring process. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates. Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
