BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) TECHNICAL TRAINING MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

About the Role The BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) Technical Training Manager will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for LiuGong’s construction equipment portfolio, including wheel loaders, forklifts, and excavators, as well as high-voltage lithium battery systems. This role requires both curriculum development from basic to expert levels and hands-on in-person training delivery. The ideal candidate has the technicians or service training work experience and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive technical training programs for LiuGong’s construction equipment portfolio, including wheel loaders, forklifts, and excavators, as well as high-voltage lithium battery systems. • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive curriculum that covers all aspects of the equipment, from basic to expert levels. • Delivering hands-on in-person training sessions to technicians and service personnel. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives. • Conducting needs assessments and analyzing training effectiveness to continuously improve training programs. • Maintaining accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and evaluation results. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, technical communication, or a related field). • At least 3 years of experience in technicians or service training work. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience designing and delivering comprehensive technical training programs. • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
