We manufacture… We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Mississauga office to answer customer inquiries via phone and email. **Responsibilities**: * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails * Process orders, modifications, and returns * Provide solutions to customer issues and complaints * Follow up on customer interactions * Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource * Maintain and update customer records * Communicate and coordinate with internal departments * Complete other duties as assigned **Qualifications**: * Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) required * High school diploma or equivalent required * 2+ years of customer service experience preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Guest Supply Canada is an equal opportunity employer.
