Job description
Job Description Assisting customers with all their inquiries via phone/email/chat (ie. tracing/tracking requests, etc.) Scheduling & confirming pick up's Follow up on interline requested pick up's Co-ordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customers' requirements are being met Assisting sales This is a remote position reporting to the Head Office in Gore Bay This is a Tuesday - Saturday Shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
