Insurgentes Sur, near World Trade Center) | Global Exposure | Process Transformation About the Role Manpower is hiring an O2C Credit, Collections & Disputes Specialist based in Mexico City. This role is responsible for executing day‑to‑day Order to Cash (O2C) activities, including credit management, collections, and dispute resolution. The specialist will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensure timely payments, support customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise. Key responsibilities include: • Managing a portfolio of accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and minimizing bad debt • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and improve overall process efficiency • Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills The ideal candidate will have: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports • Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) are required for this role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a collections or customer service environment Certifications: None specified
