Now we are taking the next step: Instead of purchasing existing courses, we are developing our own educational formats and structured learning paths. For this, we are looking for a dedicated personality who will actively shape and further develop our educational portfolio. Your tasks Develop educational offerings: You will conceptualize new continuing education offerings and further develop existing courses. You will define learning objectives, structure, methodology, and didactics and ensure a compelling learning experience. Together with subject matter experts, you will develop innovative and practice-oriented educational formats. Design learning paths: You will develop structured learning paths with coordinated basic, advanced, and certification courses. You will create attractive continuing education offerings that promote sustainable learning. Manage educational portfolio: You will analyze market needs and define the appropriate mix of offerings. You will assess demand, utilization, and participant feedback and derive optimizations from them. Together with the finance department, you will develop economically successful offerings. Collaboration with lecturers: You will recruit qualified lecturers and support them in developing their courses. You will ensure high quality of our educational offerings through clear didactic guidelines. Planning and marketing: You will be responsible for rolling course planning and coordinate dates and capacities. You will work closely with marketing and provide target group knowledge and content for effective communication. What you bring Education: You have an education in nursing. Further education in adult education (e.g., SVEB certificate, CAS Adult Education, or a comparable qualification) is an advantage. Experience: You have experience in developing educational offerings or course formats. Work style: You work analytically, structured, and independently. You think entrepreneurially and maintain an overview even with multiple projects. Personality: You are a strong communicator, convince with your confident demeanor, and enjoy actively driving topics forward.
