The Seminarkontor GmbH is an education and consulting company with a focus on subsidized further education, education vouchers, and practical qualifications for companies and employees. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Education Advisor or Education Advisor immediately.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks
You advise companies and interested parties on our subsidized further education offers and support them in selecting suitable qualifications. In doing so, you explain the funding opportunities clearly, particularly through education vouchers and employer-specific funding programs.

Your tasks include:

• Beratung and acquisition of interested parties and companies for suitable further education offers
• Telephone and digital initial consultations with potential participants and companies
• Verification of basic funding requirements
• Support in preparing the next steps in the funding process
• Support in filling out and compiling required documents, forms, and records
• Accompaniment of interested parties and companies until the complete submission of relevant documents
• Scheduling appointments and tracking interest from potential participants
• Maintenance of customer data and conversation notes in the CRM system

You bring with:

• Experience in counseling, sales, customer service, or education from an advantage
• Very good communication skills on the phone and in online meetings
• Interest in subsidized further education, education vouchers, and labor market topics
• Self-reliant, reliable, and goal-oriented work style
• Familiarity with digital tools, email, and CRM systems
• A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
