Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Closings: You will be responsible for ongoing financial accounting and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB for complex client structures - supported by state-of-the-art AI and automation tools that minimize routine work and enable depth.

Independent Client Support: You will manage your own client base independently and goal-orientedly - from ongoing accounting to the final closing - and build sustainable relationships.

International & Complex Matters: You will correctly represent cross-border business models and are proficient in dealing with internationally operating companies.

Development of New Processes & Services: You will help decide what AI-supported accounting looks like. Your expertise + the support from our software developers = processes and services that traditional firms cannot offer.

Qualifications

Technical Excellence: Successfully completed further training as a Certified Accountant (IHK) or comparable qualification - you are well-versed in accounting according to HGB.

Experience in Complex Client Structures: Proven experience in supporting demanding mandates, preferably with e-commerce and SaaS companies.

International Business: Cross-border and internationally operating business models are familiar to you, and you navigate them confidently.

Group Accounting Knowledge is an Advantage: Experience with group accounting is a plus - as an indication of the corresponding technical depth and seniority level.

Independent Work Style: You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner, and take responsibility for your mandates.

Tech Enthusiasm: You actively try out new solutions, are willing to continuously learn new things, and see technology as a lever - not a threat.
