Shape the future of accounting: cloud-based, AI-supported, paperless. With modern tools, you are responsible for digital accounting for our clients and create complex monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB. You are the point of contact for accounting and tax-related questions and drive the optimization of accounting processes to the highest level forward.

Ideal candidates have experience from a tax office with knowledge of creating annual financial statements and familiarity with digital workflows in accounting. If you also bring your own clients or network and want to actively contribute to expanding our customer base, you are perfect for us.

Your Chance to Shape the Future - Your Tasks:

• Maintain our clients with the help of modern technologies
• Take over independently the digital financial accounting
• Create complex monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and financial accounting guidelines
• Conduct account reconciliations, prepare payment processing, and create value-added tax returns
• Analyze and optimize continuously the accounting processes of our clients through the use of digital tools
• Design and use digital workflows (e.g. document flows, approval processes, document management), to make processes more efficient and transparent
• Bring – if possible – your existing client network with you and support us in expanding our customer portfolio

You Bring:

• A completed commercial training or a comparable successfully completed study with further education as an accountant (IHK or Endriss)
• Ideal candidates have experience from a tax office
• Experience in accounting or creating annual financial statements
• Pasión for digital innovations in the field of accounting
• Experience in handling digital workflows (e.g. digital document processing, workflow tools, electronic approval processes)
• A high degree of accuracy and a good sense of numbers
• Safe handling of Microsoft M365 and DATEV
• Independent, solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit – both digitally and personally
• A plus: your own client network or clients that you bring with you
