Taxforce is building a modern, AI-powered tax firm. We combine classic tax quality with digital processes and are deliberately building our firm without established legacy structures.

Your Tasks

• Independent and reliable management of fixed clients

• Preliminary accounting and ongoing financial accounting

• Auditing and quality assurance of accounting

• Preparation of annual financial statements in close cooperation with the tax advisor

• Point of contact for clients on accounting issues

• You back up the team: With your experience, you ensure that operational accounting runs smoothly and on time

With your experience you will take over:

• Independent closing preparations and preparation

• Technical support and onboarding of junior colleagues

• Close cooperation with tax advisors on more complex mandates

Goal of the Role: Reliability in Day-to-Day Business
The focus of the role is the clean, on-time processing of ongoing accounting for our clients. You bring routine and security to the workday and ensure that the team can rely on a stable accounting foundation.

We work with digital and AI-supported systems that take over routine tasks for you, so you can concentrate on the technically demanding parts of your work.

What You Bring

• Completed training as a tax assistant or bookkeeper, ideally with further training as a certified accountant

• Several years of in-depth professional experience in financial accounting

• Proficiency in the independent preparation of financial statements

• Experience in independent client support

• High reliability and a strong sense of responsibility for on-time processes

• Structured, careful, and calm working method, even with a high volume of mandates

• Openness to digital solutions
