Mission

As an experienced Certified Accountant and Tax Operations Associate at Integral, you are not just a specialist, you are a central part of our mission to redefine accounting and tax consulting for SMEs. You don't work in a traditional firm, but in one of Germany's most exciting startups, which is reinventing the industry. You will independently be responsible for the annual financial statements of your clients, take responsibility for the quality of our processes, and actively contribute to making workflows more efficient – supported by state-of-the-art AI and automation tools that minimize routine and enable professional depth. Your Tasks

• Responsibility for and support of the ongoing financial accounting for a diverse range of corporations: our clients.

• Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB

• Ensuring high-quality, on-time service quality with the professional standard that demanding clients require

• Close collaboration with our tax advisors and the product team to develop and continuously improve AI-powered accounting processes that other firms cannot offer

• Independent identification of manual, recurring tasks: and active participation in automating, augmenting, or optimizing them

• Use of our AI-powered platform and digital tools to increase efficiency and depth in your daily work

• Critical reflection of your own work methods: What can I learn? What can I do better? How can I help the team become more efficient?

Your Profile

• Successfully completed further training as a Certified Accountant (IHK) or comparable qualification, at least 5 years of professional experience

• You independently and confidently prepare annual financial statements according to HGB and are proficient in accounting

• Proven experience in supporting a diverse range of corporations (especially GmbH, UG)

• Strong initiative: You don't wait to be told what to do, you recognize what is needed and act

• No fear of new tools and technologies: You are curious, learn quickly, and see technology as a lever, not a threat

• Critical self-reflection: You know where your strengths lie, recognize gaps, and actively work to advance yourself and your team

• Quality consciousness: You deliver carefully, reliably, and with a genuine commitment to your own work

• Fluent German skills required, English skills advantageous

• No interest in technology or artificial intelligence
