Accountant (m/w/d) - Full-time or Part-time from 30 hours a week

To support our accounting, we are looking for an accountant for our location in Vienna. We offer this position either full-time or part-time from 30 hours a week. Self-responsible work with a high degree of autonomy is expected. Your tasks will include: • Financial accounting and reporting according to Austrian standards; • Preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss accounts; • Analysis and interpretation of financial data; • Identification and correction of errors in the accounting system; • Maintenance of the accounting system and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures; • Support for the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports; • Collaboration with other departments, such as finance, controlling, and management; • Continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards. Requirements: • Completed degree in business administration or a related field; • 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting; • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; • Knowledge of Austrian accounting standards and tax laws; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • Ability to work independently and take initiative; • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
