Accountant (m/w/d)

The company is one of the established players in its segment in Germany and is responsible for managing extensive assets. The focus lies on partnership-based cooperation with professional investors, for whom tailored concepts are developed to ensure sustainable development and optimization of facilities. Present at various central locations, the performance spectrum covers operational support of complex projects as well as strategic decision-making processes, investment analyses, and accompaniment of purchase and sale processes.

Tasks

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Ongoing accounting including account reconciliation and clarification
• Responsibility for the main book and monitoring of subsidiary books
• Participation in the further development and optimization of accounting processes
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and internal accounting regulations
• Collaboration with tax consultants, auditors, and internal specialist departments

Qualification

• Completed commercial training with further education as an accountant (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in accounting / financial accounting
• Very good knowledge of HGB, tax-related basic knowledge advantageous
• Safe handling of common accounting and ERP systems
