Accountant (m/w/d) top Remuneration

Location: Munich | Unlimited | Full-time or part-time

Our client, a well-established company from the real estate industry, is looking for a qualified professional in the field of accounting at our location in Munich. The position is unlimited and can be filled either full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time.

The future job holder will independently manage the accounting treatment of one or more real estate projects and work closely with internal departments and external partners. A comprehensive onboarding process will be ensured by experienced team members.

Tasks

• Self-contained and comprehensive accounting treatment of corporate entities
• Booking of all business transactions, including asset accounting, accounts payable, and creditors
• Verification, coordination, and analysis of accounting data from external property managers
• Calculation of share values and possibly fund assets
• Communication with auditors, tax consultants, and the custodian
• Support in developing and optimizing internal processes

Qualification

What you can expect:

• Good English skills in writing and speaking due to the international orientation of the company
• Self-contained, structured, and meticulous work style
• Teamwork ability and outstanding communication strength
