Tasks

• After your induction, you will take over the leadership of our financial accounting.
• You will lead a small team in a professional manner.
• You will be the point of contact for banks, our tax consulting firm, health insurance companies, social security organizations, authorities, and other external partners.
• You will develop processes together with us and actively shape our financial accounting.

Qualification

• A successful further education as an accountant (m/w/d)
• A structured, self-reliant, and reliable working style
• Good communication skills and a confident demeanor
• A willingness to take responsibility and lead a team
