The Jobbusters are mediating in the context of direct placement for the location Munich to an export world champion (50 countries) and international orientation from the technical field.

To strengthen the Finance team, we are looking for a motivated Accountant (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Sole responsibility for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
• Participation in preparing the consolidated statement of the group, including consolidation of subsidiaries
• Ensuring high-quality closing and timely reporting and closing processes
• Responsibility for selected areas of ongoing financial accounting
• Conducting account, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations; contact person for auditors, tax consultants, business inspectors, and internal specialist departments
• Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of annual closing and business inspections
• Support to the management in financial, economic, and process-related questions
• Participation in tax-related topics and statistical reports
• Analysis, optimization, and digitalization of accounting and finance processes
• Active shaping of efficient workflows, automations, and modern reporting structures
• Participation in cross-sectional projects and special themes

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a business studies degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or controlling or a further education to a certified accountant (IHK)
• Multiple years of professional experience in the financial and accounting department of a medium-sized company or group
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting and preparing financial statements according to HGB
• Experience in consolidating the group's consolidated statement, including subsidiaries
• Safe appearance when dealing with auditors and tax consultants
• Good ERP knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Very good Excel skills and a strong affinity for numbers and processes; interest in digitalization, automation, and modern finance structures
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Entrepreneurial thinking, communication strength, and sense of responsibility
• Good English skills for cooperation with international companies
