Accountant (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• Closing Responsibility: Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and ensuring proper accounting
• Financial Accounting: Processing ongoing financial accounting, managing fixed asset accounting, and monitoring all relevant transactions
• Payment Management: Processing bank, credit card, and cash transactions, as well as handling payment processing and debt collection
• Taxation: Preparation of sales tax returns and supporting taxation-related questions
• Account Reconciliation: Conducting account reconciliations for assets and intercompany accounts to ensure data quality
• Collaboration: Close collaboration with tax consultants and auditors Job Description

You Offer:

• Educational Background: Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by further education in accounting
• Know-How: Good knowledge of MS Office and a solid understanding of accounting and taxation; knowledge of BRZ software is advantageous
• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in financial accounting or initial practical experiences, e.g., through internships or side jobs
• Industry Knowledge: Experiences in the construction industry are desirable
  Communication Skills: Very good German language skills, English language skills are advantageous
• Digital Affinity: Experience with digital financial or accounting systems is advantageous
