Accountant (m/f/d) for Fund Real Estate Company

For an established and professional company at the location Munich, we are looking for a certified accountant or tax assistant (m/f/d) with experience in supporting companies from the fund and real estate sector as part of exclusive direct placement.

Responsibilities

• You will take over the ongoing accounting support for several companies in the fund and real estate sector, particularly in the legal forms of GmbH and GmbH & Co. KG.
• You will also accompany more complex company structures and multi-level investment models.
• The preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements is also part of your area of responsibility, as is the independent accounting assessment of the supported companies.
• You will prepare financial statements according to HGB regulations; knowledge or experience in accounting according to KAGB is particularly welcome.
• You will ensure the timely preparation of various internal and external analyses and reports.
• Furthermore, you will prepare profit forecasts, projections, and meaningful actual-plan analyses.
• You will exchange information with auditors, business partners, and internal contacts on accounting or bookkeeping issues.
• You will actively participate in clarifying and solving more complex issues and ensure a reliable financial basis.

Qualifications

• You have completed qualification as a certified accountant (IHK) (m/f/d) or completed training as a tax assistant (m/f/d).
• Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in financial and accounting.
• You master the relevant areas of accounting – from general ledger accounts, accounts receivable and payable, to fixed asset accounting.
• You are confident in the independent preparation and support of annual financial statements according to HGB.
• Knowledge in the area of KAGB or accounting for fund and capital management companies is a plus.
• You work routinely with common MS Office applications. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Careful, structured, and self-reliant working methods characterize you.
• You enjoy working in a team, are reliable, and maintain an overview even with challenging topics.
• You approach new tasks pragmatically and with a solution-oriented mindset.
