Accountant (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Annual Closing Statements according to HGB: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing statements in accordance with applicable accounting regulations.
• Financial Accounting: Ensuring the correct recording, allocation, and booking of all business transactions.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconciling asset and personnel accounts and clarifying outstanding items.
• VAT: Preparation of VAT advance notifications and annual declarations.
• Budget Planning: Supporting budget and forecast planning.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing existing workflows to identify optimization and cost-saving potential.
• Collaboration: Close coordination with auditors and tax consultants.

Qualification

• Qualification: Completed further education as an Accountant IHK or equivalent qualification.
• Professional Experience: At least two to three years of practical experience in accounting.
• HGB Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of preparing closing statements according to HGB.
• MS Office: Proficient use of common MS Office applications.
• ERP Systems: Experience with modern ERP solutions.
• SAP Business One: Knowledge is an advantage.
