Responsibilities

• You will independently handle the creation and processing of financial and balance sheet accounting for your own client base
• You will prepare annual financial statements in accordance with commercial and tax law regulations
• You will be responsible for account reconciliations, closing entries, and the examination of complex accounting matters
• You will create and analyze business evaluations and prepare relevant company key figures
• You will support clients with questions regarding accounting, financial reporting, and business developments
• You will identify anomalies and optimization potential in your clients' financial data and coordinate these with the responsible tax advisors
• You will participate in tax and business special projects, for example, in connection with company development, restructuring, or succession
• You will work closely with tax advisors and employees from financial accounting and tax declaration
• Depending on your experience and interests, you will take on additional responsibility for more demanding mandates and internal processes

Profile

• You have a commercial or tax-related vocational training and have completed further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have at least two years of relevant professional experience in accounting or in a tax firm
• You have in-depth knowledge of financial and balance sheet accounting as well as the preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB
• You have a strong understanding of business contexts and can reliably analyze company figures
• You are proficient in using DATEV and MS Office, especially Excel
• You work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner and maintain an overview even with complex issues

• You possess strong communication skills and can convey business matters understandably to clients
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and actively contribute suggestions for improvement and new solution approaches
• You enjoy working in a team and value professional exchange with tax advisors and colleagues
