Accountant in an Established Tax Consultancy (m/f/d)

In this position, you will take on the independent management of a varied client portfolio in the area of accounting and financial reporting.

Your tasks will include:

• Preparation of annual financial statements and income-expenditure accounts
• Preparation of tax returns for companies in various industries
• Ongoing support and advice for clients on accounting and balance sheet issues
• Control and reconciliation of ongoing bookkeeping
• Communication with tax authorities, government agencies, and external contacts
• Close collaboration with the firm's tax advisors
• Depending on experience: Involvement in special topics and business evaluations

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have successfully passed the certified accountant examination or are close to doing so. You also have experience in a tax consultancy or in accounting.

Furthermore, you impress with:

• Several years of experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting
• Good knowledge of Austrian tax law and accounting
• Ideally, experience in a consultancy environment
• Structured, accurate, and reliable work approach
• Enjoyment of personal client service
• Good IT skills, ideally BMD NTCS
• Team orientation and professional demeanor
