Tasks

• You will support our expert retail stores in the introduction, application, and further development of the ERP system in the area of financial accounting.
• You are the central point of contact for users and colleagues for all
  system and process-related questions concerning financial accounting.
• You will analyze legal innovations and implement them practically in the system together with the relevant departments, for example in the areas of e-invoicing, special VAT cases, or tax rate changes.
• You will continuously analyze, optimize, and further develop financial accounting business processes, working closely with software development and other departments.
• You will plan and conduct user training and create understandable
  documentation to ensure sustainable and successful use of the systems.

Qualification

• Completed training as a tax assistant (w/m/x) with further training as an Accountant (w/m/x) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Sound knowledge of commercial and tax law as well as a confident understanding of financial accounting contexts
• Several years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or a comparable ERP system, ideally supplemented by experience in system support or process design
• Analytical thinking skills as well as the ability to prepare complex issues comprehensibly and implement them in a solution-oriented manner
• Independent and structured way of working, coupled with a sense of responsibility, initiative, and strong team orientation
