For our Finance department, we are looking for an experienced person who reliably steers our financial processes, thinks analytically, and actively develops them further.

Aufgaben

Your Impact with us:

• Self-responsible creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets according to HGB
• Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting and account reconciliations
• Preparation of sales tax returns as well as other fiscal reports
• Provision and preparation of reliable financial data as a basis for controlling, forecasts, reports, and management evaluations
• Collaboration with tax consultants, auditors, and authorities
• Participation in the project accounting settlement
• Further development and optimization of digital bookkeeping and finance processes
• Preparation of reports, statistics, and analyses for management
• Support in payment processing and accounts receivable management

Qualifikation

Your Profile:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial training program with further education as an accountant or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB
• Familiarity with ERP/Business Central systems (ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central) and very good Excel skills
• Basic understanding of controlling, reporting, and business key figures
• Structured, self-reliant, and meticulous working style
• High self-responsibility and reliability
• Analytical thinking and pleasure in digital processes
• Good communication skills and teamwork – even in the remote environment
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills of advantage
• Interest in using modern digital tools and AI applications in finance daily life
