What will you do?

You will go on the road daily with the driver to supply horecabedrijven, zorginstellingen, and vakantieparken with drinks. You and the driver form a tight team: while the driver drives, you help with loading and unloading goods such as crates and barrels. You will also take the empty material back. As a bijrijder, you are more than just a helper – you are an indispensable link in the process. And do you want more than that? Then there is the possibility to obtain your great driving license through the client and grow into a driver. So you are immediately assured of a job and will work with colleagues you already know.

You will deliver around 10 to 14 entrepreneurs with new stock on an average working day. You will deliver these neatly at the location, from the distribution center to cafes and company canteens. The truck loads and unloads with roll containers and pallets full of bottles, crates, and barrels. At the end of the day, you will return to the office with the empty goods.

You will work alongside an experienced driver who knows the routes like the back of his hand. Ideal, because if you have the ambition to become a driver yourself, you will have a mentor sitting next to you.

What we offer you

◾ Gross hourly wage from € 14.40 (from 21 years) in accordance with the CAO for the goods transport industry;

◾ Upon interest, possibility to obtain great driving license;

◾ 28.5 paid vacation days per year based on a full-time employment contract;

◾ Pension scheme;

◾ Overtime surcharge 130%;

◾ Saturday surcharge 150%;

◾ Sunday and public holiday surcharge (if applicable) of 200%;

◾ A fixed-term employment contract.

What we ask of you

You live in the Helmond region, speak good Dutch, and are able to physically perform heavy work. Lifting, moving roll containers, and loading and unloading goods are no problem for you – you like to roll up your sleeves.
