What will you do?
Learn the fine points of the sales profession! You will follow interesting training sessions to broaden your knowledge and get to know the unique TOPdesk culture. Additionally, you will work closely with colleagues on various projects and support the sales departments in achieving their goals and completing their daily workload. What can you think of? Market research for business units, contact with prospects and customers, administrative tasks, and the space to set up your own projects.

Bente and Maisy about their part-time job at Lego: “Working at Team LEGO is as diverse as you want it to be. Every day, there are different projects available where you can join in or take on responsibility. If you're busy with your studies, you can choose for less intense projects. If you have more time, you can take on more responsibility. This way, you give your role within Team LEGO its own shape.

Moreover, self-starting new projects is strongly encouraged. For this, you will receive the space, and everyone is ready to support you to make it a success. Finally, it's not unimportant that we have an incredibly nice team that we like to hang out with on the Friday afternoon bar.

Where will you end up?
In the 10-person Team Lego! During work, everyone helps each other and practices extensively with sales and conversation techniques. Nervous because you're not sure if you have enough knowledge of the software or no experience with sales? No worries! Team Lego is the starting point of many TOPdeskers' careers, so everyone will help you get started with the software and learn the nuances of the sales profession.

Moreover, you will learn how to provide the best service to our customers and how to take on various projects. Hard work means hard relaxation. After work, we like to relax on our lovely rooftop or go on fun activities together.

By speaking with customers, I discovered, for example, how TOPdesk is used in very different ways in different companies. I also developed my communication skills further and gained a better understanding of the specific needs of organizations. I find it very educational and fun to gain a better insight into different business processes through projects like these!”
