The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality solutions using BigCommerce platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative e-commerce experiences, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining complex e-commerce platforms using BigCommerce platform. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy e-commerce solutions. • Staying current with the latest trends and technologies in the e-commerce industry. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality coding standards. • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to BigCommerce platform. • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • At least 3 years of experience in developing e-commerce solutions using BigCommerce platform. • Strong understanding of BigCommerce platform, including its architecture, features, and limitations. • Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React. • Knowledge of back-end development technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and APIs. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Certifications: • BigCommerce Certified Developer certification is a plus.
