Job Role: Bidding Executive/Presales Executive Location: Hyderabad We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bidder/Presales to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects on various online bidding platforms, crafting compelling and competitive proposals, and managing initial client communication. This role requires strong written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying potential projects on various online bidding platforms • Crafting compelling and competitive proposals that meet customer needs and expectations • Managing initial client communication to ensure a positive experience • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop proposal content • Coordinating with the sales team to align proposal content with customer requirements • Providing regular updates to management on proposal progress and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field • Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling proposals • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
