Your expertise in crafting sharp proposals, understanding regulations, and navigating public procurement will directly influence how our drone technologies are adopted across Europe. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and write compelling bid proposals and tender documents, ensuring alignment with client requirements and our strategic objectives. * Conduct thorough research into public procurement regulations, identifying opportunities and ensuring compliance in all submissions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, product) to gather necessary information and craft coherent, persuasive proposals. * Manage the entire bid process, from initial opportunity screening to final submission, ensuring deadlines are met. * Analyze bid outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase our win rate. * Build and maintain a library of standard proposal content, including technical descriptions, project examples, and compliance documentation. * Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in public procurement regulations. * Assist in the preparation of presentations and other communication materials for client meetings and negotiations. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field). * Proven experience in bid writing, proposal management, or a related field, preferably within the aerospace, technology, or public sector. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. * Strong understanding of public procurement processes, regulations, and best practices. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in research and analytical skills. * Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
