Your Role As a Bid Manager, you will lead end-to-end bid and proposal management processes from opportunity identification to final submission, ensuring timely and effective delivery of winning proposals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to develop compelling proposals that meet clients’ needs and showcase Capgemini’s capabilities. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the client’s business, industry trends, and market dynamics to inform proposal development. • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information, create content, and develop winning proposals. • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of bid and proposal management processes. • Managing multiple bids simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. • Developing and implementing effective bid and proposal management strategies to drive business growth and client success. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve proposal development and submission processes.
