Bid Engineer/Estimator

Candidate ideal for bid engineer/estimator position with experience of at least 5 years in tendering and estimating, preparing financial and technical proposals for SEAP tenders; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial and Agricultural Construction; Strong knowledge in the field of construction; Good use of programs: Windev, Excel, Word. Candidate should have good communication skills, analytical and synthetic thinking, teamwork spirit, attention to detail; Organized and rigorous person.

Job description:

- Two positions available for Bucharest;

- Study tender documents, files, plans, and technical memoranda, and prepare complete bids in accordance with these requirements;

- Prepare and verify financial or technical offers for public tenders;

- Respond to requests for clarification from the contracting authority after submitting the bid;

- Participate actively in correspondence with the beneficiary, verify transmitted solutions, and closely follow the evolution of the contract;

- Prepare work situation reports and attachments.
