BI Technical Analyst

The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering or a related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution Two years of experience in consulting or business application development Advanced understanding of databases and Business Intelligence concepts as well as their processes Ability to interpret and/or write system documentation and technical specifications Advanced ability to use intermediate-level SQL programming language to assist in data analysis Ability to understand and work with ETL processes Proven experience in successfully resolving critical issues Problem-solving orientation. Offers multiple alternatives when asked to solve a problem; Experience in the business and technical requirements gathering process Experience in data profiling, analysis, and design Ability to document, define application specifications and report specifications based on requirements Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/SSRS, Oracle BI, OAS). ETL software used – Microsoft technologies, Oracle technologies; Strong analytical skills Preparation of requirements for developers, testing Experience with logical design would be an advantage Knowledge of reporting environments in the banking sector will be an advantage Results-oriented Ability to document and synthesize analysis Ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge Concern for accuracy and quality Teamwork English Job Description This position is within the consulting team that supports the development of business intelligence applications for companies. The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing technical requirements, business requirements, system design and code specifications, data/process analysis, data validation, quality assurance/testing, application development, and support.
