Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution
Two years of experience in consulting or developing business applications
Advanced understanding of databases and Business Intelligence concepts, as well as their processes
Ability to interpret and/or write system documentation and technical specifications
Advanced ability to use intermediate-level SQL programming language to assist with data analysis
Ability to understand and work with ETL processes
Proven experience in successfully resolving critical issues
Problem-solving oriented. Offers multiple alternatives when asked to solve a problem;
Experience in the process of collecting business and technical requirements
Experience in data profiling, analysis, and design
Ability to document, define application specifications, and report specifications based on requirements
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/SSRS, Oracle BI, OAS).
ETL software used – Microsoft technologies, Oracle technologies;
Strong analytical skills
Preparing requirements for developers, testing
Experience with logical design would be an advantage
Knowledge of banking reporting environments will be an advantage
Results-oriented
Ability to document and synthesize analysis
Ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge
Attention to accuracy and quality
Teamwork
