BI Developer We are looking for a BI Developer to join the team developing analytical and reporting solutions supporting business decisions at Żabka Group. The main tasks in this position will include designing, developing, and maintaining BI reports and dashboards, creating data models, working with large datasets, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. The person in this position will be responsible for translating business needs into specific reporting solutions, ensuring data quality and consistency, and developing visualization and reporting standards within the organization. Main responsibilities: * Designing, developing, and maintaining BI reports and dashboards, primarily in a Power BI environment. * Creating data models, DAX measures, and reporting layers supporting business decisions. * Preparing, optimizing, and developing SQL queries for reporting and analysis purposes, data integration. * Analyzing business needs and translating them into specific BI solutions. * Automating repetitive reporting processes. * Documenting created solutions, business logic, and report operating principles. * Maintaining and developing existing BI solutions in line with the organization's needs. Requirements: * Experience working as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, Reporting Specialist, or similar. * Very good knowledge of Power BI. * Practical knowledge of DAX and data modeling principles. * Very good knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases. * Experience working with large datasets and their transformation for reporting purposes. * Ability for analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Good understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into reporting solutions. * Independence, accuracy, and responsibility for the quality of delivered solutions. * Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude with business and technical stakeholders. * Knowledge of English enabling work with technical documentation and communication in a business environment. Nice to have: * Knowledge of Git or other version control tools. * Experience working with design systems or reporting interface design standards. * Using AI tools in daily work, e.g., for data analysis, creating SQL/DAX queries, documenting solutions, automation, or prototyping. * Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar data technologies. * Knowledge of good UX/UI practices in dashboard design.
