BI-Controller (m/w/d) in an international industrial company

We are looking for a motivated BI- Controller (m/w/d) on behalf of our client, an internationally successful industrial company in the field of rail vehicle technology. Aufgaben

In this varied BI-Controller position, you will significantly contribute to transparency and steering of financial key figures:

• Administration and Key-User function for the BI tool "Board"
• Creation, provision, and further development of reports for different company departments
• Weekly monitoring of central KPIs (e.g. order intake, performance, net working capital) and consolidation at group level
• Preparation of financial reports for internal (management, sales, production) and external recipients (e.g. banks)
• Participation in sales planning and derivation of central plan and performance indicators
• Support in the budget and forecast process
• Responsibility for cost center planning and hourly wage determination including monitoring
• Contribution to continuous improvement of controlling processes and reporting standards

Qualifikation

• Degree in business administration, economics or comparable qualification
• 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the production sector
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA) and BI tools (e.g. "Board")
• Safe handling of MS Excel
• Analytical strength, structured working style, and high affinity for numbers
• Communication skills and assertiveness
• Very good German language skills, English language skills an advantage
