What Are Your Responsibilities?

• Reaching agreed-upon sales targets for our brands, securing and expanding the distribution of our products, and improving visibility in the markets within the assigned sales area
• Presentation of new products, product line extensions, and promotions on different levels of trade
• Initiated planning and implementation of promotion builds and second placements in the market
• Built-up high-quality customer relationships with decision-makers at different levels within the assigned sales area
• Independent planning of regular, systematic, and goal-oriented customer visits under compliance with visit guidelines, as well as precise reporting via our CRM tool Salesforce.com
• Support for Key Account Management in implementing customer-specific agreements within defined target agreements
• Participation or organization and offer preparation including follow-up on trade fairs and exhibitions of the trade industry
• Self-management of Mobile/Home Office (Handlager, Kühltechnik, Verkaufsförderungsmittel, Logistik, nachhaltige Entsorgung)
• Taking over projects in the Field Sales Team

What Do You Need to Be Successful in This Role?

• Multiple years of experience in the food retail industry or sales activity in a consumer goods company (Fast Moving Consumer Goods – FMCG)
• We also offer newcomers the chance as an entry point into a global food company (Bachelor's degree in Economics or comparable)
• Good knowledge of the market and customer structure of German LEH
• High performance- and customer orientation
• First experiences in Category Management
• Readiness to use, proactive personality, and "Entrepreneurship Mindset"
• Persuasive ability
• Contact strength and team orientation
• English skills and a secure handling of Microsoft Office, experience with Salesforce.com desirable
• Residence in the sales area or willingness to relocate there and driver's license class 3 or B
