District Leader with Baking Industry Experience (m/w/d)

To strengthen our external service, we are looking for a district leader with experience in baking industry for our branches in the Münster area.

District Leader (Assistant) (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• Management of a sales district with approximately 6 branches and control of daily business operations based on economic indicators
• Responsibility for personnel deployment, personnel development, and training of sales staff
• Participation in the development of concepts to increase sales (e.g. sales measures at the point of sale)
• Controlling of sales figures and implementation of advertising measures
• Sales and result responsibility within the sales area

Your Profile:

• You are already successfully working as a district leader in a food retail company and ideally have a vocational training in baking industry or system gastronomy

• Able to lead and motivate your employees goal- and result-oriented
