You are currently a student of a Bachelor or Master's degree program and want to learn as much as possible about KI-gestützten Customer Support, digital processes & Sales? • Where: 100% remote in Home Office

Tasks

• HubSpot in hand – you will become a pro at our customer support tool.
• Customer relationships – friendliness and reliability are top priorities for us. You accompany interested parties and customers on an equal footing and ensure that they feel well taken care of.

Qualification

• Animal affinity – you love animals, may have some yourself or bring experience with them through family, volunteering or studies (e.g. veterinary medicine). Please provide us with information about your experiences with animals in your application.
• Typing speed: you are super fast at the PC and have a typing speed of 70 WPM or more
• Reliability & flexibility: as remote, we need to be able to rely on you. Regular working hours or more flexibility is up to you to decide.
• Team spirit: you fit in with us if you're eager to be part of a animal-loving, digital team that values teamwork and respectful interaction.
