PROPERTY MANAGER WITH FEDERAL DIPLOMA FOR CONDOMINIUM AND RENTAL PROPERTIES (FROM 80%)

Felders Immobilien Treuhand AG, located at Stauffacher, in the heart of Zurich, is a well-organized property management company. We manage pleasant condominium communities and rental properties, and we impress our clients with clean work.

We are looking for a personality, after consultation, to manage condominium and rental properties together with an experienced team.

YOUR TASKS

After an introduction, you will independently manage a real estate portfolio of condominium communities and rental properties together with an assistant. Your tasks include:

• Management of rental properties
• Management of condominium communities
• Preparation of owner meetings
• Participation in owner meetings together with the portfolio manager
• Handling correspondence with owners, tenants, and craftsmen
• Organization of maintenance work
• Processing of insurance cases

YOUR PROFILE

You have experience and enjoy managing well-managed condominium communities and rental properties as a property manager.

• You are a property manager with a federal diploma (eidg. FA).
• You work precisely and in a structured manner.
• You have many years of experience in this role; accordingly, you may also be a bit older.
• You want to work a minimum of 80% of a full-time position.
• You express yourself correctly, clearly, and confidently, both orally and in writing.
• Fluency, pleasant demeanor, and willingness to provide service round off your profile.
