Condominium Manager 80-100% (m/f)
These are our requirements for you:
Commercial and/or construction technical basic training; further training in property management and experience in the real estate sector.
Stable, service-oriented personality.
Independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
Basic knowledge of accounting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good written and spoken German skills.
Team spirit and willingness to support each other.
Willingness to participate in evening meetings.
Driver's license category B.
Tasks after introduction:
Independent management of a portfolio of condominium mandates.
Completion of all administrative work.
Preparation of annual budgets and control of annual accounts.
Organization and execution of condominium owner meetings.
Maintaining contact with owners and committee members.
Telephone contact with owners, property management, and craftspeople.
Carrying out property inspection rounds.
Maintenance of properties according to the approved budget.
Inspection of repairs and other work on-site.
Implementation of decisions from condominium owner meetings.
Support for the team and taking on substitute tasks.
