We are looking for a Junior Recruiter (m/w/d) in part-time, who will interview candidates from our campaigns by phone, conduct first conversations and pre-qualify suitable candidates for our customers.

This is not about tedious HR administration.

This is about communication, speed and modern recruiting processes.

You will conduct telephone first conversations with applicants from our campaigns.

You will find out:

• Who really fits?
• Who is motivated?
• Who is suitable for our customers?

You will coordinate appointments, document conversations and ensure that applicants are professionally cared for.

• Scheduling further conversations
• Closely working together with our recruiting team

• You are communicative and open

• You work organized and reliable
• You learn quickly and think ahead
• First experience in customer contact, sales, recruiting or service is a plus, but not a must
• Very good German knowledge
