During your BBL program, you will learn the security profession with us. And the fun part is: you'll do it mostly in practice!

You will start with two weeks of school in Hoofddorp. After that, you will mainly work and return occasionally for a lesson day or week. You will also follow online classes. For this, you will need a laptop with a camera.

The school hours are considered regular working hours, so they are paid!

The rest of the time, you will gain practical experience as a security officer. Together, we will determine which location suits you best. For example, think of COA, ABN AMRO, UWV, KPN, VU, ROC, or the Albert Heijn distribution center.

And what about your guidance? You will be trained at your workplace for the first two weeks by your personal practical supervisor or an experienced colleague. After that, you will work independently, but you can always ask your colleagues for advice!

We are now recruiting for the training that starts on Monday, February 22, 2027. Your employment contract also begins on this date.
