During your BBL program, you will learn the profession of security guard with us. And the fun part is: you do this mainly in practice. Depending on the MBO program in your region, you will have online or classroom lessons on average 1 or 2 days per month. The other days you work as a security guard.

Of course, you will be well supervised. You start the first 2 weeks with our internal theory training, where you learn, for example, about your powers. This is entirely tailored to your specialization: object security. Afterward, you will be trained by your personal practical supervisor or an experienced colleague. And then? You start working independently!

Your workday as a security guard trainee

Lots of contact with people. That characterizes your days as a security guard. Because whether you work at a government institution, museum, bank, or asylum seeker center, you ensure that everyone is safe and feels safe. Depending on your workplace, you will perform doorman or reception duties and patrol. One thing is certain: you have a lot of variety and face different challenges every day.

We are looking for security guard trainees in Uithuizen. You will be deployed at NGT and COA in Uithuizen, which ensures challenge and variety in tasks and working hours! You will work afternoon, night, and weekend shifts, and working hours are between 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
