Business Administrator in Healthcare Management (m/f/d)

We are a modern, owner-managed dental practice with a high standard of quality, cost-effectiveness, and patient service. For the strategic further development of our practice, we are seeking a dedicated individual with a business administration background who analyzes, optimizes, and sustainably develops organizational and economic processes.

Responsibilities

* Analysis, optimization, and standardization of workflows in reception and patient management.
* Development and implementation of efficient scheduling and capacity utilization concepts for optimal control of treatment capacities.
* Conception and introduction of various treatment concepts, considering economic, organizational, and patient-oriented aspects.
* Introduction and continuous development of practice standards and process flows.
* Execution of operational controlling, including the analysis of revenue, cost, and cash flow key figures.
* Development of key figure systems for controlling the economic efficiency of the practice.
* Identification of optimization and savings potentials, as well as development of corresponding action recommendations.
* Creation of regular business evaluations and management reports for the executive management.
* Support of change processes and assistance to management in implementing strategic decisions.
* Contribution to personnel and resource planning, as well as optimization of internal communication and organizational structures.
* Management and support of projects for the further development of practice organization.

Qualifications

* Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a comparable course of study.
* Ideally, professional experience in the healthcare sector or in process and project management.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as a high affinity for numbers.
* Experience in controlling and process optimization.
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
* High communication skills, as well as a confident and personable demeanor.
* Enjoyment in actively shaping changes and creating sustainable structures.
