Plant Maintenance Technician (m/w/d)

With around 70 employees, we produce high-quality plastic films – individually, sustainably, and responsibly. A special focus lies on bioplastics, which we also further process into innovative packaging solutions internally.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a: Plant Maintenance Technician (m/w/d), who brings enthusiasm for technology, precision, and responsibility – in a modern environment with teamwork and the claim to always improve together.

Tasks

• Maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical and electronic systems
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and cause research
• Assembly, installation, and commissioning of machines and systems
• Programming and adaptation of control and automation technology
• Conducting technical tests internally, with customers, and at suppliers
• Participation in customer visits, trade fairs, and industry events
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Collaboration on projects (e.g., automation, digitalization)
• Ongoing improvement of processes and workflows

Qualification

• Mechatronician, technician, industrial master or equivalent completed technical or vocational training
• Professional experience depending on the level of education required
• Experience in maintaining and servicing production facilities
• Knowledge of control systems and automation technology
• Teamwork and self-responsible work
